How does the delivery of audiobooks work? +
Audiobooks are delivered through the EPBM Library app, our own audiobook app, powered by Glassboxx. Recipients download the app on their phone, tablet, Mac, or PC, log in with the email address that received their access, and start listening.

How do I redeem an audiobook? +
By email invitation: Check your inbox for your access email from Echo Point Books & Media. Open the email and follow the link to download the EPBM Library app. Once installed, log in using the same email address that received the invitation, and your audiobook will appear in your account automatically.
By digital token or access code: Visit echopointbooks.com, go to Resources → Redeem Digital Token, and enter your full name, email address, and access code. After submitting, you'll receive an email with instructions to download the EPBM Library app. Log in using the same email you used to redeem the code, and your audiobook will appear in your account.
I'm having trouble logging in to the app. +
If you have not received your access email, first check your spam or junk folder. In some cases the email on file may differ from the one you're currently checking, so confirm the address with your provider or administrator.
If a redemption code is not working, double-check that it has been entered exactly as provided, including all letters and numbers. Confirm with your provider that the code is correct and still valid.

My code says it's already been redeemed. What do I do? +
Most codes are single-use, and once redeemed they can't be used again. If you see this message and your audiobook isn't in your library yet, the code may have already been claimed elsewhere.
In some cases, the message appears even though the audiobook has already been added to your account, so check your library first to confirm whether the title is already there.
For bulk distribution, we can also generate multi-use codes with a set number of redemptions, useful for promotional campaigns, podcast giveaways, and similar uses. If you're managing a bulk program and need additional uses on a shared code, contact your administrator or reach out to sales@echopointbooks.com.
If you're an individual recipient and your code isn't working, contact the provider or administrator who issued it to verify its status and request a replacement if needed.
I have a new phone or tablet. How do I transfer my books? +
Download the EPBM Library app onto your new device and log in with the email address used when you accessed your audiobook, and your titles will appear automatically in My Bookshelf.
Can I give or share my book with somebody else? +
No. Audiobooks cannot be copied, transferred, or shared with others. This protects the rights of the authors and publishers who created the work. Each audiobook access is intended for the individual recipient only.
I am based outside of the US. Can I redeem an audiobook internationally? +
Yes. Audiobooks can be redeemed and accessed internationally. One of the key advantages of digital audiobook distribution is global accessibility, so you can download and listen from anywhere once you've successfully redeemed your access.
Can I listen to my audiobook offline? +
Yes. Once you've accessed your audiobook in the app, you can download it for offline listening.
How long do I have access to my audiobook? +
Access duration depends on the agreement set by your provider or administrator, based on the specific terms of the purchase or distribution.
