I received a token. How do I redeem it? +
Audiobooks are delivered through the EPBM Library app, powered by Glassboxx. If you haven’t already, download the app here.
To redeem your token, open the app, tap the three-dot menu, and select Redeem Token. Enter the token provided by your organization, and your audiobook will appear in MY BOOKSHELF, ready to listen to.
I was told I would receive a free audiobook by email. Where can I find it? +
Check your inbox for an email from “help@glassboxx.com”. Your organization or provider will tell you what subject line to look for. Follow the instructions to download the EPBM Library app and log in using the same email address the invitation was sent to. Your audiobook should appear in your library automatically.
If you can’t find the email, check your spam or junk folder or contact the person who arranged your access.

My token isn’t working. What should I do? +
Check that you’ve entered the token correctly, without any extra spaces. If it still doesn’t work, contact the organization or person who provided it to confirm that the token is valid.
My token says it’s already been redeemed. What should I do? +
Check your library first to see whether the audiobook is already available. If it isn’t, contact the organization or person who issued your token for help.
How long will I have access to my audiobook? +
Access duration depends on the terms arranged by your organization or provider.
Can I listen offline? +
Yes. Once you’ve accessed your audiobook in the EPBM Library app, you can download it for offline listening.
Can I access my audiobook outside the US? +
Yes. Audiobooks can be redeemed and accessed internationally.
Can I share my audiobook with someone else? +
No. Audiobook access is intended for the individual recipient and cannot be transferred or shared.
